Understanding Bartolo Mascarello, Barolo, Artist Label (Etichetta Disegnata), Piedmont
These Barolo wines undergo fermentation in cement tanks followed by a long maceration. Aging takes place in large Slavonian oak casks, ensuring that the oak influence complements rather than dominates the inherent Nebbiolo characteristics. The result is a Barolo that captures the authenticity of traditional winemaking, making each bottle a unique piece of art.
